At the time of the reservation, 40% of the rental total cost is required.
At the time of the reservation, the condo location is not guaranteed.
- Cancellation policy
If a cancellation occurs 28 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of the reservation deposit shall be refunded. No refunds on cancellations under 28 days of date of arrival.
- Balance of payment
Balance of payment must be paid in full 28 days before the date of arrival for all reservations during the Christmas vacations, American ski week, Quebecer ski week and Ontarian ski week and for the customers who rent more than one condo.
- Arrival - Departure
Arrival : Our reception is opened from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The condominium is available at 5:00 PM. Balance of payment (if not paid before your arrival) and security deposit must be paid in full at your arrival. Debit card, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Sorry no personal cheques.
Departure : 12:00 AM (noon).
No reduction or refund granted for late arrivals or early departures.
- Amenities
Living room with TV, cable, DVD, VCR and stereo.
The kitchen is very well equipped : microwaves, cookware, ustensils are provided.
A small amount of products such as garbage bags, toilet paper rolls is provided but they are not provided for all the period of your stay.
Gaz or wood fireplace; wood (1/2 cord) for fireplace is provided. Kindling wood is not provided; however, you can buy the kindling wood at the village of Sutton.
Linens are provided; bath towels are not provided.
- Security deposit
A security deposit (250,00$ - 500,00$) shall be required upon your arrival.
